If the bulk order significantly differs from the approved sample in terms of color, quality, craftsmanship, or fabric, we will either provide a" full refund" or "reproduce the products" to match the sample.

The shipping cost for reproduced orders will be "covered by us". Customers do not need to pay any additional shipping fees.

(2) Non-Quality-Related Issues:

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as incorrect order placement by the customer, change of mind, or minor variations that do not affect the overall product usability.

-How to Initiate a Return/Refund-

1. Contact our customer service team within "days" of receiving the order.

2. Provide clear images/videos showing the discrepancies between the bulk order and the sample.

3. Our team will review the case and notify you of the approval within "3 business days".

-Shipping for Returns-

- If a return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for sending the products back.

- For reproduced orders, we will arrange shipping at our expense.

-Refund Processing Time-

- Refunds will be processed within "5-7 business days" after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.
